-excellent and inexpensive coating for products such as printed-circuit, connectors, and steel alloys.

-Thin or Thick Copper Deposits, with brilliant finish.

-Good solderability.

-Applied to cover substrate defects such as holes and splinters.

-Soft, ductile, ideal for a decorative finish.

-Applied as an undercoat or strike between substrate and final deposit.

-We offer a tarnish inhibitor (anti-tarnish) application.

-Copper Plating thickness of .000001" (Copper flash)
to .015" (15 Mils)

-Plating methods include: Barrel Plating, Rack Plating, and
Hand Plating
.

-Copper plating on Aluminum, Stainless Steel Alloys, Inconel, Copper Alloys, and Steel

-Precise plating thickness, capable of accomplishing a close tolerance of +-.000025" (25 micro inches).

-Copper Plating thickness measuring is performed on actual articles using a non-destructive method in accordance to ASTM B 568.

-Instrument used to determine copper plating thickness is a Fischercope X-Ray, accomplishing a margin of error less than 1% using certified thickness foil standards.

-Custom Masking is available for selective plating areas.
